PDE Offshore corporation was established in 2011. In response to the national green energy development policy and to develop local maritime engineering survey capabilities, in 2016, the company introduced the first exploration vessel in our country - the "Dadi Energy". Subsequently, a second domestically flagged DP2 multi-functional exploration vessel will be purchased.
The service items include: offshore (exploration vessel) geological drilling sampling and in-situ test surveys, nearshore (hydraulic jack-up platform) geological drilling and in-situ test surveys, onshore geological drilling and in-situ test surveys, PS Logging, laboratory soil and rock mechanics tests, marine and onshore geophysical surveys. In addition, in order to integrate on-site surveys and subsequent indoor tests and analyses, the company has joined hands with the Chung Hsing Engineering Consultants, a non-profit organization, to establish the largest TAF-certified offshore soil mechanics laboratory in the country with the current maximum test capacity, providing a one-stop service for offshore wind power developers to meet the needs of offshore site surveys, including geophysics, geological drilling and sampling, on-site test surveys, and indoor soil and geological material tests.
